Privacy
How I care for your details.
This page explains what personal information Alma Nido collects, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Alma Nido is currently being set up as a business. This page will be updated with full legal details (registered name, tax ID, address) once registration is complete.
Who I am
Alma Nido is a small independent practice by Els Van Wemmel, based in Pinoso, Alicante. For any question about your data, write to hello@almanido.design.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email and the message you send.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Companion download: your email address in exchange for the Prologue PDF.
I do not collect analytics, tracking cookies or advertising data.
Why I use it
- To read your story and reply to you personally.
- To send you the Prologue PDF you asked for.
- To send occasional letters, only if you opted in.
- To shape upcoming Alma Nido services from real conversations.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent for the newsletter and companion downloads. Legitimate interest to reply to messages you send through the contact form.
How long I keep it
Newsletter and companion emails are kept until you ask me to remove them or unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys or receives your data. The site runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides hosting and backend infrastructure and processes data on my behalf. No advertising networks or third-party trackers are used.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask, at any time, to access, correct, delete, export or restrict your personal data, and to withdraw consent for the newsletter. Write to hello@almanido.design and I will act within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses only essential technical storage needed to load pages and remember your form choices. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
